Benefits

1. Exfoliation: The rough texture of the exfoliating net helps to slough off dead skin cells, resulting in smoother and softer skin. Regular exfoliation can also help prevent ingrown hairs and improve the overall texture of the skin.

2. Deep cleansing: The net's texture allows for a deep cleanse, helping to unclog pores and remove impurities from the skin. This can prevent breakouts and promote clearer skin.

3. Improved circulation: The gentle scrubbing action of the net can stimulate blood flow to the skin, which can help improve circulation and give your skin a healthy glow.

4. Enhanced absorption of skin care products: By exfoliating the skin with an African exfoliating net, you can help remove the buildup of dead skin cells that can prevent skincare products from being absorbed effectively. This can maximize the effectiveness of your skincare routine.

5. Cost-effective: African exfoliating nets are typically affordable and long-lasting, making them a cost-effective addition to your skincare routine.

6. Environmentally friendly: Compared to single-use exfoliating products, African exfoliating nets are reusable and do not contribute to environmental waste.

3. Apply your favorite soap or body wash to the sponge and work it into a rich lather.
4. Gently scrub and massage your body with the sponge in a circular motion.
5. To reach your back, you can either compact the sponge into a ball and use it or stretch it out and hold it diagonally and horizontally across your back.
