Magnesium Spray & Cream

Magnesium spray is often used for its potential benefits in improving muscle relaxation, relieving muscle cramps, promoting better sleep, and boosting magnesium levels in the body.

Spray ingredients: Distilled water, Magnesium chloride, Vitamin E, Essential oils

Cream ingredients: Shea butter, magnesium chloride, aloe vera, olive oil, essential oils

Spray bottles in 4 oz glass bottles
Body cream in 8 oz glass bottles

Shelf life: Up to 6 months

To use magnesium spray:

1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Spray the magnesium oil onto your skin, focusing on areas where you want to relieve muscle tension or cramps.
3. Gently massage the oil into your skin until it is absorbed.
4. Allow the magnesium to sit on your skin for at least 15 minutes before rinsing.
5. Use it daily or as needed for muscle relaxation and to boost magnesium levels in your body. TOPICAL USE ONLY. DO NOT INGEST.

Do not use on open cuts or freshly shaved skin.
Initially, some may experience a tingling or itchy sensation if deficient in magnesium.
